All-on-four is a dental implant concept that can be described as the restoration of an edentulous jaw with only four implants. If the insertion torque of implants are 35 N or more, a fixed prosthesis can be fabricated and attached to the implants immediately after surgery. It is a very convenient system for the patients which are not suitable for advanced surgeries like sinus floor elevation or IAN lateralization.
