After graduating from Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry in Istanbul in 1996, Dr. Mete Çıtır completed the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Specialty and PhD Program of the same university in 2001 and received the title of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. During his residency, he has attended the fellowship program of Beilinson Hospital Dept. of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Israel for 18 months. As a fellow resident, he has received an extensive training on Orthognathic Surgery, Maxillofacial Trauma, Reconstructive Maxillofacial Surgery and Advanced Implant Surgery.

Continuing his profession in his clinic in Tekirdağ since 2004, Dr. Mete Çıtır accepts patients in all areas covered by his expertise. Infections, cysts and tumors in the jaws, jaw fractures, and bone repairs, especially implant patients requiring advanced surgery, are of special interest to the profession.
